There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel, please notify me a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your session. If you are unable to cancel your appointment online, please call or text me at (914) 207-4071.
Your First Appointment
There are three forms that you need to provide at your first appointment, shown below. To save time, I encourage you to download, print, and complete the forms and bring them to your first appointment. If you are unable to complete them before you arrive, you will be required to complete them before your session begins.
Anyone exhibiting symptoms of common cold, flu, COVID-19 or other infectious diseases will not be treated and will be asked to reschedule their appointment. Please cancel your appointment if you have any such symptoms. If it is within the 24-notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived. Please see my COVID-19 page for more guidelines and to learn about precautions taken.
What to Expect
Here is a summary of what you can expect at your massage session, including required COVID-19 precautions:
1. Enter the clinic
Please remember that you must wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose at all times. Social distancing will be observed at all times, except during the massage session.
2. Health screening
Before you enter the treatment room, I will take your temperature with a touchless thermometer, ask you to wash your hands or use a hand sanitizer, and complete a COVID-19 consent form.
3. Intake (first time clients only)
You must complete and sign the intake and office policies forms before your session. To save time, please do this in advance. I will review your completed intake form to understand your medical history, the reasons you are seeking treatment, and develop a treatment plan.
4. Massage session
All regular massage sessions are 50 minutes. I provide clean, loose-fitting gowns and shorts for clients to wear during their session. Your mask must remain in place during your session.
5. Post session wrap-up
Following your massage session, I will answer your questions, process your payment, and schedule your next session.
