Cancellation Policy

Bomi Massage has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your session. If you are unable to cancel your appointment online, please text or call (914) 207-4071.

Your First Appointment

Please download and complete these forms and bring them to your first appointment or email them to bomi@bomimassage.com. If you cannot complete the forms in advance, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to complete them before your session begins.

Cold/Flu/COVID-19 Symptoms

If you have symptoms of cold, flu, COVID-19, or another infectious disease, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. The 24-hour cancellation policy will be waived if your cancellation is due to illness.

COVID-19 Precautions

Your wellbeing is Bomi's top priority. Here are precautions he takes to protect his clients from infectious diseases:

Vaccinations and testing - Bomi is vaccinated, boosted, and tested regularly for COVID-19.
Hand washing - Thorough hand washing is done before each session. Hand-washing facilities are available to you.
Face coverings - Mask wearing is optional, but encouraged. Masks are available to those who want one.
Cleaning - The massage table is sanitized before each session. An air purifier with UV-C light cleans the room air.
