Insurance is not accepted, but we provide detailed invoices for FSA/HSA reimbursement so you can recover costs through your health savings accounts.

How long are the sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. First-time sessions include additional time for intake and assessment. 60- and 90-minute sessions are also available on request.

What is Hendrickson Method Orthopedic Massage?

Hendrickson Method Orthopedic Massage is a results-oriented, evidence-based therapy developed in California that uses gentle, wave-like mobilization techniques to relieve pain, restore range of motion, and support recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Bomi Bilimoria is the only certified practitioner of this method in the NYC area.

How many sessions will I need?

Some conditions improve rapidly in just 1–2 sessions, while others may require six or more sessions for optimal results. Bomi will assess your condition in the first session and outline a recommended treatment plan.

Do you offer package discounts?

Yes. Pre-paid packages of 3 massages are discounted 6%, and packages of 6 massages are discounted 12%. Gratuities are not expected, so you pay only the rates shown.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, cash, check, and credit card. Invoices are available for FSA/HSA reimbursement.

What conditions does Bomi Massage treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including chronic back and neck pain, sciatica, TMJ dysfunction, shoulder injuries, hamstring strains, whiplash, pelvic and hip conditions, nerve disorders, stress and tension, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries.
